Parent Support Group: Parenting Teens Mindfully:

Parenting teens can be a lonely practice as we find ourselves both less adored by our adolescent kids and less connected with a supportive parent network. Join us to integrate mindful practices with parenting teens, to share with a supportive community, and for wisdom to parent your teen in a way that supports their development.
Mindfulness for Adults: The Path of Service
Tuesdays, 7-8:30 pm, beginning this fall. $150/6-week series. In this series for continuing students, explore how this practice allows you to be of greater service to humanity. Understand how your personal growth, emotional development, and personal practice are intimately connected with the world and humanity.
Cultivating Openness: Mindfulness for Adults
Tuesdays, 1-2:30 pm, starting in September. $150/6-week series. For new and continuing students. Join us to deepen basic mindfulness practices by exploring the attitudes we bring to mindfulness and life, cultivating self-awareness, and intentionally bringing a curious approach to practice and daily life.
