One-on-One Support
Working with me individually looks different nearly every day! I'll start by asking about your life, listening deeply to what's happening, and working with you to build real understanding. We're likely to do at least a few of these things: Slow down to give you space to feel what's coming up, name emotions, tend to the emotions, use breathing practices, move, shake, or orient to senses, use imagination and 'time travel,' practice giving you permission to be who you are, try practices that help you to move from reaction to response, and talk about the patterns that may have been unconsciously driving your behavior. I'll probably also share some astrology, teach you some mindfulness, offer tools and approaches for you to try at home. Together we'll come up with home practices to support you in integrating some of what we've tried together. |
Parenting & Re-Parenting
Whether you're parenting actual children or in the lifelong process of re-parenting yourself, healthy parenting is one of the most important things we can learn. In all cases, healthy parenting is not the same as perfect parenting. Our job with our kids and our inner children is to keep showing up. When we are willing to connected, curious, responsible, and open to learning, so much is possible. |
