For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated
with how people navigate through the space between
'I don't get it,' and 'I totally get it.'

All of us learn both intuitively and
through explicit and individual teaching.

My work is about helping you to navigate the in-between space when it feels hard,
listening deeply, holding your hand,
offering individualized support and 
lots of patience.

I have been lucky to learn through extensive formal studies with gifted teachers
as well as informal study and mentoring, self-study, and retreats.
My deepest learning has been personal--
through my own embodied practice,
mistakes, pain, breakthrough, and insight.

I am happy to be here--curious, flexible, humble, and
ready to meet you right where you are.
