What Are Flower Essences?

Picture
Flower essences are gentle natural remedies that help us connect with the healing power of nature. Rather than working against our symptoms, flower essences work with our innate wholeness and health by bringing in strong and healthy electrical patterns that our bodies, hearts, and minds naturally align with. It's like sitting with a calm and loving friend when you're upset, you naturally begin to ground and calm just by being in their presence, right? With flower essences, we resonate with the positive patterns in the flowers, returning to our own best physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

After using flower essences for myself and with my family for more than 25 years, I began to offer them to clients in conjunction with mindfulness and teaching. When you work with me, we may spend an entire session using multiple layers of flower essences or may make a flower essence solution at the end of a session to support you as you integrate the work.

Either way, I will use muscle testing to identify which essences you need and will help you to understand the patterns that each flower in your combination holds. I'll send you home from a session with a flower essence solution to take for a week or two.

Flower Essences are not Essential Oils
Flower essences are very dilute, vibrational remedies made from flowers. They are not scented. When taking a flower essence, you put a few drops in your mouth, usually under your tongue.
Essential oils, on the other hand, are concentrated aromatic oils extracted from plants.
