Feeling stuck? Anxious? Unhappy? Confused? It's okay to feel all of those ways, and it can get easier! We don't all heal in the same way, but we are all able to heal.
Our work is likely to begin with talking. I will listen deeply and ask questions as you share, and then we'll stop and dig in with healing, emotional transformation, and deep self-care practices. I'll invite you to turn inward, bring awareness to your body and emotions, be curious about thoughts, allow yourself to experience what's arising without judgment. Together we'll notice the patterns and conditioning under the story you're telling me and use that awareness to begin to create shift. You will learn how to bring a kind and loving curiosity to your own self in a way that feels right to you. You will also learn a range of tools based in body, emotions, mind, energy, and spirit that help to free you from what is no longer helpful.
Typical sessions include deep listening, mindfulness, gentle trauma work, astrology, and more.
You'll leave each meeting with homework, practices and tools that will support your healing and help you to continue the work as needed. Most counseling clients benefit from several weekly meetings at first, then perhaps we continue with weekly sessions or less frequent ones based on your needs.
