Our work is likely to begin with talking, but it isn't traditional psychology. You will talk and I'll listen, then we'll stop and dig in with healing, emotional transformation, and deep self-care practices. I'll invite you to bring awareness to your body and emotions, be curious about thoughts, allow yourself to experience what's arising without judgment. Together we'll notice the patterns and conditioning under the story you're telling and use that awareness to begin to create shift. You will practice bringing a kind and loving curiosity to your own self and learn a range of self-awareness tools to free your body, emotions, mind, energy, and spirit from what is no longer helpful.
Typical sessions include deep listening, mindfulness, self-care practices, astrology, and more.
You'll leave each meeting with homework, practices and tools that will help you to continue the work in your regular life.
