Today I Rise

​Today I do rise, with the dedication to reflect on my parenting each day this year, nurturing the consciousness, love, and purpose in this sacred work within myself every day, setting aside time each day to read, reflect, notice, connect, and be present with myself as a mom, and sharing with any and all who wish to share this journey with me.

Breathing in, I begin a new day and new year. Breathing out, I know that I am right here, right now.

Breathing in I feel my heart full of love. Breathing out, I send that love with my family.
Breathing in, I feel love stream into my heart,. Breathing out, I send that love with all moms and dads.
Breathing in, I feel the love in my heart. Breathing out, I send that love to all children everywhere.
