when Kids Have Big Feelings
School's starting for many of our kids. Are you feeling excited? Worried? Sad? Come and join us for a Back-to-School Mindful Morning, Wednesday, September 6, 9:30 am (it's free!). We will let mindfulness bring us home to the present moment and will share loving kindness practice with each other, our children, and all beings who need it. I'll also have coffee and muffins ready for you!

Connection is key!! Especially when children are getting ready for something new-like a new school year-stay close! Some things to try? Extra cuddles, special time together, listening without guiding the conversation to your needs or worries, silly play, roughhousing, just smiling each time you see them, noticing what they're doing well.
