To get a birth certificate with birth time--
print and complete an Application for Birth Certificate (PDF),
in Part 1 under “Intended Use”, select “Other” and then indicate that you need time of birth, and
mail it (this must be done by mail rather than online) to this address:

If none of these methods work, there are astrologers who specialize in finding your birth time through a process of chart rectification. That's how I got mine. Contact me if you'd like support finding someone do do your chart rectification.
- requesting a long form birth certificate by mail, and specifically ask for your birth time.
- calling your birth hospital, birth center, or homebirth attendant and asking if they have the birth time in your records,
- exploring old documents. You may find the birth time on a birth announcement, baby book, or old paperwork.
