About Gloria
I believe that healing is personal, support needs to be responsive & individualized, and that each of us is worthy of being loved and loving ourselves. Learning and growing bring me so much joy, and I am committed to sharing tools, practices, and support that I personally know to be practical and transformative.
My education includes a B. S. in environmental studies and education and a M. Ed. in education; mindfulness teacher training and certification through Mindful Schools; years of personal mindfulness studies; formal & informal studies of a variety of healing modalities; and, most importantly, wisdom accumulated through my personal journey. I believe that practicing awareness, embodiment, compassion, and wise understanding is part of the critical transformation from colonial/patriarchal/racist/destructive cultural patterns to a new, beautiful, healthy, and just world. If you're struggling, I am here to offer support, insight, shortcuts, and a trail map that offers some shortcuts that I've uncovered on my own long and evolving path. It really can get easier. |
