Hi, I am glad you've found me!
I'm here to offer some of the gems I've gleaned from 30 years of a life dedicated to growing, relating, parenting my kids, and re-parenting myself. I've been practicing mindfulness for 15 years or so, and it's been the key to transforming from a stressed and controlling approach to life to a more spacious and open one.
I am grateful to have studied mindfulness meditation for the past fifteen years with my core teacher, Suchitra Davenport, as well as with Thich Nhat Hanh, Adyashanti, and the Mindful Schools team.
I've been fascinated with healing for 30 years, and have been using and studying flower essences and other nature-based healing practices for all of that time (I've been following and informed by Machaelle Wright's work at Perelandra for all of those years). A number of teachers (including Suchitra, Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, Tosha Silver, and Resmaa Menakem) have shared and facilitated emotional healing practices and trauma release.
My life has taken me on an unconventional and evolving path to this moment and these offerings. I hope they can be helpful to you, to me, and to our world that is in great need of consciousness and healing.
