School's starting for many of our kids. Are you feeling excited? Worried? Sad? Come and join us for a Back-to-School Mindful Morning, Wednesday, September 6, 9:30 am (it's free!). We will let mindfulness bring us home to the present moment and will share loving kindness practice with each other, our children, and all beings who need it. I'll also have coffee and muffins ready for you!
I'm a mom, wife, daughter, friend, and teacher who has long struggled with the desire to be the perfect person I imagine that I should be. Practicing mindfulness helps me find peace with my imperfect journey--being with myself as I truly am, loving my family as they are, and showing up for a messy world with openness and compassion.
