As practitioners know, mindfulness is not about getting rid of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Instead it helps us to be aware of and choose how to relate to them.
Long term practice helps us to become aware of new levels of inner resistance, avoidance, attachment, and habits, allowing us accept ourselves and reality more fully. Each person responds to this shift differently, and this series will focus on responding to your own deeper awareness and expressing your true self more fully.
