Thich Nhat Hanh said, “Our own life has to be our message.” Practicing mindfulness is not really about sitting alone in a quiet room, although that's an important part of our experience. Practice teaches us to connect with the quiet, inner space where our True Self lives. Life invites us to learn how to live as that True Self, even when other people don't do what we want.
In this series for committed students, use your practice to get to know and befriend yourself; to understand your mind, emotions, and body; to recognize your true self (the witness); and to learn how to live in this crazy world as a soul.
