Make time for what's really important, a connection with your self and with your child.
Join us to learn (or continue) the basics of mindfulness practice and to discover how beautifully mindfulness integrates with parenting. Practice simple awareness and curiosity, self-acceptance, and deep listening. Open to all stages of mindfulness and parenting experience!
