Winter Retreat Day

Winter invites us to turn inward, toward the quiet inner space that is our true being. Join us for a quiet retreat morning focused on meeting ourselves exactly as we are, in the present moment. We will share silent meditation interspersed with teachings, walking meditation and a snack break.
Open to all beginning and experienced practitioners. Space limited, reserve early.
Deeper Mindfulness for Adults, Wednesday evenings, 7-8:30 pm, January 9-February 13, $150/series. In this series for continuing students and those with an established practice, we move into winter with a move toward longer practices and a focus on simplicity. We pare down our practice, letting go of techniques and deepening the experience of just being. We consider how to bring the same simplicity into our lives in the darkness of winter.
