Are you ready to step into the radical experience of living from the inside out?
To make friends with yourself,
To learn how to feel your emotions and notice your beliefs and patterns without running away from them or being ruled by them,
To begin to nurture and free the true you?
For me, this began with mindfulness. This practice trains me to notice what is, to look deeply at my direct experience including the sensation of breathing, the nature of my interrupting thoughts, the way it feels when I'm angry or sad. It also helps me to greet what I experience with curiosity, openness, and love, strengthening my self-compassion and my ability to be compassionate toward all beings.
These practices, whether in classes for parents or children or adults or in individual or family sessions, unfold differently for each of us. But what is consistent is that they bring us home to ourselves.
