Women's Book Group: A Year of Belonging
Belonging: Remembering Ourselves Home
by Toko-pa Turner
Second Mondays at 7 pm, June 10. $15/person.
Join us for a deep exploration of the themes in Toko-pa Turner's beautiful, wide ranging book! Each month we will use two chapters (11 & 12 in June) as a launching point for our own exploration of belonging, living, and connecting. All women are welcome, whether you plan to come each month or just drop in when you can. Bring your own stories, inspiration, dreams, and questions.
In the book, Toko-pa explores the sense of unbelonging that is so prevalent in our world and offers a path back to belonging. Together, we'll find our own sense of shared belonging in the book club, beginning with the first chapters in January. With it's focus on the feminine, Belonging inspires us to connect with deeply feminine wisdom--attuning to nature, listening to our dreams, and noticing and caring about the people we share the earth with.

Tired of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by what's happening in our crazy world? Maybe it's time for a change.
In this series, we will continue the deep inner and outer work of creating a new world with simple practices of sacred ceremony. How would it feel to live as though our lives are sacred? To bring a sense of the sacred into each small task--even making the coffee, cleaning the toilet, and waiting in line? And to create and integrate more formal ceremonies into your life--honoring seasonal and moon cycles, creating an altar, and walking a labyrinth?
These practices can nourish and nurture you!
